Epicor Software Corp. has released Epicor Cash Collect, a cloud and on premises-based extension of the accounts receivable module in Epicor enterprise resource planning software, designed to help streamline and automate accounts receivable, credit and collections activities.

Epicor Cash Collect centralizes credit and collections activities in a single database with integrated email, phone dialer options, and full reporting and analysis. Users can document phone calls, review cash forecasts, track invoice disputes, and keep employees informed through automated communications.

“Epicor Cash Collect is an important addition to Epicor ERP,” said Epicor product manager Chris Purcell. “The collection of accounts receivable is often an overlooked asset in business, and this new application will help ensure that the process is easy and efficient for Epicor customers.”

In addition, Epicor has formed a strategic alliance with Chardon, Ohio-based channel partner e2b software  to provide its customers with this new credit and collections management application.

“Our alliance with Epicor brings a sophisticated, integrated, collection management application to organizations leveraging the next-generation Epicor ERP suite,” said e2b software president Lynne Henslee. “Epicor Cash Collect will be a valuable tool for both new and existing Epicor customers.
