Eze Castle Integration launched an application on the Web that provides hedge funds and other investment firms with advanced customer analysis, reporting and investor relations functions.
The new tool, called Eze CRM, provides detailed and instant access to critical customer information, helping to strengthen investor relationships, increase reporting options and provide greater transparency, Eze Castle said in a prepared statement.
Eze CRM provides centralized data about investors, including contacts, documents, transactions, investments and account performance. The service also provides automated, on-demand statements and reporting, in response to client requests.
The software also provides an audit trail that maintains a history of system changes, including when records were edited and by whom, and includes Microsoft Outlook integration, a function that automatically displays an items first degree of separation, so it is quickly linked to relevant investors, contacts, funds or deals in Eze CRM.
Eze CRM is managed and supported by Eze Castles technical staff, and delivered as a service over the Web.
This will be part of Eze Castle Managed Services, a portfolio of solutions for hedge funds aimed at simplifying business operations, reducing capital expenses and increasing the return on technology investments.
Eze CRM helps our customers more easily manage and respond to their investors, resulting in stronger customer loyalty and relationships, said Bob Guilbert, managing director of Eze Castle Integration.
Boston-based Eze Castle Integration provides technology, IT services and consulting to the financial services industry. The majority of its clients are hedge funds.
