Cleveland Clinic will implement health information management software that uses radio frequency identification technology to track medical files.
The organization will use the Infolinx WEB application of Infolinx Systems Solutions, Kensington, Md. The Web-based, thin client software uses Redmond, Wash.-based Microsoft Corp.'s .NET technology and is accessible via a Web browser.
Wired or wireless readers can RFID tags on multiple files simultaneously, according to the vendor. More information is available at infolinx.com.
