Gary..like the way the conversation progresses.It IS spot on. The conclusion is even better (vacation) (and more Spot on too..). The next level NEVER fixes it.

The bonuses finally get decided on the golf course (we know not too many accountants play golf) - so the margins are as decided by CEO and the Sales VP since the accountants could not prove the SalesVP wrong !!
