Attensity put out its Retail Banking Industry Solution. The financial service module leverages bank-specific customer data points for sets, reports and dashboards, as well as enables mining of customer conversations from social media and churning of customer analytics.

Compuware Corporation made the new release of its integrated application performance management platform, Compuware Gomez. New in the Gomez Spring 2011 platform release are mobile real-user monitoring and mobile readiness assessment, performance conversion analytics, an Internet performance health monitor, and integration with Google Page Speed.

HiT Software Inc. released the newest version of its Change Data Capture product. DBMoto version 7.1 includes open APIs to embed DBMoto into applications or systems, Informix log-reading and a replication activity viewer to monitor batch/real-time status performance.

newBrandAnalytics launched a new product to mine customer feedback from social media sources. Social Guest Satisfaction captures a real-time view of customer feedback online and collects that information for added analysis, with industry-specific availability for restaurants, hotels, spa and fitness organizations, and more to come.

NRX Global Inc. released the latest version of its risk and compliance offering, Asset Hub 6.1. Added to version 6.1 are a new data exchange module, new business rule and workflow capabilities, and enhancements to its audit trail, installation, and object-level security.

Oracle announced enhancements in the new version of its communications service provider offering, Oracle Communications MetaSolv Solution 6.2. The updated version introduces support for Oracle Linux 5 and Red Hat Linux, and includes enhancements to security, network design automation, and new application programming interfaces.

Queplix Corp. launched its Virtual Data Manager SuiteApp for the NetSuite SuiteCloud Computing Platform. Virtual Data Manager SuiteApp automates enterprise application integration without SQL programming and architecture for identifying and extracting metadata and security ainformation.

SAP made a series of releases during its annual summit, including: SAP ERP, a rapid deployment solution for operational reporting with its in-memory appliance software, SAP HANA; new mobile business processing apps built through Sybase for industries such as retail, utilities, manufacturing and oil and gas; and cloud solutions in partnership with Dell and Amazon Web Services.

Shenick Network Systems launched diversifEye Virtual Machine, a per-flow test solution for cloud computing environments. Virtualization-based service providers and network equipment manufactures can emulate and analyze real-time IP traffic in the cloud with the solution, and enables migration to virtual machine-based testing.
