July 21, 2009 – InetSoft Technology, a dashboard, reporting and analysis solutions provider, announced software as a service improvements to its business intelligence solution.
Enhancements to Style Intelligence are directed at SaaS providers seeking embedded dashboard and report capabilities. Application providers should expect increased customization options and more streamlined administration options, according to today’s release.
Style Intelligence now allows base physical views and logical models to be extended. Changes to specific user groups can be made to the extended models and updates to the standard model will only have to be made once, according to the company statement.
On demand business intelligence solutions are coming on the radar of CIOs in different delivery models to suit disparate business settings, though many doubt they will be ready for enterprise use in the immediate future.
