Avanade introduced a new cloud-based ERP offering. With configuration to Microsoft Dynamics AX, Cloud ERP includes administration, monitoring and detection for a customer’s complete offering for connecting and managing financials, supply chain, payroll and human resources.

Dell introduced two new storage infrastructures. The release entails: PowerVault NX3500, with the company’s Scalable File System, no architectural limits to file-system size and data backup protection; and PowerVault MD3600i, an Ethernet-based storage solution (10 GbE) for SMEs that enables infrastructure virtaulization.  

MicroStrategy announced the availability of MicroStrategy 9.2, its business intelligence software. The new version of MicroStrategy includes Visual Insight, for exploring and finding answers in data without IT assistance, as well as embedding for more information in dashboards and greater with in-memory BI.

Oracle put out the new version of its financial reporting and compliance system, Oracle Enterprise Performance Management System Release 11.1.2.1. With updates to its disclosure management and financial close management capabilities and other system tools, The latest version of Oracle EPM includes centralized period-end tasks through integration between its Oracle Hyperion Financial Close Management application PeopleSoft financial applications, and updates to U.K. reporting standards and overall compliance to its Oracle Hyperion Disclosure Management application.  

Panorama Software launched its new Necto BI solution. A socially-enabled platform, Necto connects data, analytics and users across an enterprise, and also includes automated analytic relevancy generation, algorithms to identify data points for specific users, and graphics for social use and interests from visitor’s behavior.

Scribe Software launched a cloud-based platform for integrating CRM and ERP data with other business applications. With a special focus on Microsoft CRM, Scribe Online Services platform extends the framework of the Scribe Insight integration platform with packaging and deployment services, and includes collaboration features for customers.

Star Analytics released the latest version of its BI coordinating application, Star Command Center 3.0. Included in Star Command Center 3.0 are cloud or on-premise alignment of a company’s business intelligence applications, management through mobile devices, enhanced Web support for process execution language engines, and expansion of its IT process scheduling tools.

Zoovy announced a new version of its Integrated Desktop, version 11.020, for online business e-commerce. The new version features a built-in business intelligence application for analysis of data, tracking of revenue and non-repeating customers, and reviewing product and site performance.
