2600hz launched Whistle, an open source communications software. Whistle has self-scaling architecture for configuration with additional servers and real-time use, along with horizontal architecture and upgrade capabilities to other VoIP systems.

Datawatch Corporation launched the latest version of the company’s enterprise report distribution, analytics and storage solution, Monarch Enterprise Server. New features in Monarch Enterprise Server include capabilities to handle storage of original reports as a compressed collection, simplified administrative capabilities, and a new, customizable user interface.

EMC Corporation released the newest edition of its deduplication backup software, EMC Avamar 6.0. Version 6.0 features integration with EMC Data Domain storage systems, new capabilities for protection in VMware environments, added administrator backup options and central backup management.  

Integrify released an updated version of its business process management solution. Integrify 5.2 includes increased flexibility as a Web-based BPM solution, new plug-in task types for configuration of process flows and enhanced interactions with tasks in a process.  

Kalido added capabilities to its Kalido Data Governance Director product for streamlining business processes and data. The new Data Governance Director features templates and modeling for automated monitoring, measurement and management of data, a “roles and responsibilities” engine to align data during its lifecycle, and enhanced speed for the creation and deployment of data policies.

Mzinga released its Customer Experience Solution, a new, end-to-end solution to garner and gauge customers’ social needs and experiences. Customer Experience Solution capabilities include: real-time interactions between employees and customers; social Web interaction retention; crowdsourcing and live meetings; and CRM tools for social monitoring and data integration.

Oracle released updates to the products in Oracle Business Intelligence Release 11.1.1.5, with added integration and mobile intelligence support. With support for iPad and iPhone, the new products in Oracle Business Intelligence include mobile access for its BI, reporting, dashboard and OLAP features, as well as extended data source support, a new user interface, an enhanced common enterprise information model and integrated systems management services.

Platform Computing rolled out Platform Symphony, version 5.1, its SOA management software. Enhancements in the new edition include expanded scalability for application management and performance limits, easier application on-boarding, reduced cost and increased speed with application testing and development, and graphics processing unit workload scheduling.

Quiterian put out the latest edition of its self-service and agile BI platform, Quiterian Dynamic Data Web 3.0. New to version 3.0 are enhancements to its advanced and predictive analysis techniques, and installation and user management, along with upgrades to speed and intuitive capabilities.

TwinStrata announced features and enhancements to CloudArray Version 2.5. Added to the new edition are increased storage capacity on the fly, bandwidth throttling and scheduling, enhanced compression technology and data reduction, and automatic metadata backup to a CloudArray portal.

Webtrends announced the availability of its core analytics product, Analytics 10. Capabilities added to the new edition include: a website view of digital data across channels; third-party data visualization; auto-detect campaign discovery and conversion; and a more intuitive user interface.
