Hospital ancillary software vendor Unibased Systems Architecture Inc. has introduced a Web-based physician order capture and tracking module.
Called POCET, for Physician Order Capture and Enterprise Tracking, the application integrates to the Chesterfield, Mossouri-based vendor's scheduling and Web portal products.
POCET collects phoned, faxed, scanned and emailed orders. The orders can be stored in a document imaging system or other applications.
Rollout of the application will start this spring with several clients going live by late summer. More information is available at unibased.com.
