August 11, 2010 - GoodData and SnapLogic, the cloud integration company, announced the addition of the GoodData Snap to SnapLogic's SnapStore. The free Snap makes it easy to bring data from relational databases, internal applications and other systems into GoodData for dashboarding, visualization, reporting and data analysis.

The GoodData Snap features seamless GoodData integration, allowing the integration of GoodData with customer relationship management, enterprise resource planning and other systems. The Snap also features visual modeling, including map DataFlows with drag-and-drop visual tools, eliminating the need to write code. Additionally, the Snap creates GoodData data marts directly within SnapLogic or add data to existing projects.

GoodData offers a business intelligence platform-as-a-service, providing customers and partners operational dashboards, advanced reporting and data warehousing at a lower price point and with less complexity than other approaches.

Sam Boonin, vice president, marketing, GoodData stated that working with SnapLogic makes data integration with GoodData extremely easy. "We promise our customers data to dashboard in a week instead of complex business intelligence implementations," Boonin was quoted to say.

The companies will host a Web seminar entitled “Data to a Dashboard in a Week” on August 12 to discuss integration of data with the new snap.
