CallPro CRM LLC launched its call-centric customer relationship management software as a service. Designed for sales and telephone professionals, CallPro CRM features CRM territory alignment, visual appointment routing, sales analytics, e-marketing automation, and customizable dashboards.

Demandbase
announced enhancements to its B2B marketing and personalization Real-Time Identification Service. Stemming from ongoing development of the Demandbase Business Resolution Platform, the additions to the service include more than 40 business attributes about the companies visiting websites, including benchmarks to B2B averages.

Javlin updated its data integration platform, CloverETL 3.2. Enhancements include dynamic edge buffers, LDAP user management, increasingly descriptive field labels, a refined transformation editor, as well as a new customer licensing method.

Oracle
launched Oracle Tuxedo 11g, its application server for C/C++, COBOL and dynamic languages. The new release includes increased database throughput, enhancements to migration speed and monitoring and control capabilities, and includes Oracle Tuxedo Application Runtime for IMS 11g.

uptime software Inc. unveiled up.time Small Business Edition, an IT system monitoring and management suite. The suite features metrics to monitor systems across servers, services, applications and system resources, along with quick root-cause analysis, detailed capacity planning, and hybrid environment monitoring from one dashboard.
