Automation Anywhere put out Automation Anywhere 7.0 Enterprise Edition. New or enhanced in its updated business process automation software are a control room for creating and managing automation processes, multi-machine deployment, multiple tasks run in parallel, active directory integration, broadened solution support, and a new task development editor.

Circonus announced the general availability of its SaaS business performance solution, Circonus Unified Monitoring. Features that are new or enhanced in the latest version of Circonus Unified Monitoring include visualizations with performance data trending, second-by-second alerts for troubleshooting, and a real-time analytics engine.

Cordys added functionality to its flagship BPM software with Business Operations Platform 4.1. New or enhanced in the latest version are: graphical tools that work faster and with more automation; more tagging, process reporting and composite business applications; and simplified installation and configuration.

EXASOL updated its business intelligence solution, EXASolution. With EXASolution 4.0, users can now store and analyze geographic information and integrate that information into spatial context for location marketing.

LogiXML unveiled several enhancements to its flagship Web-based BI solution. New to Logi Info are capabilities for business users to generate custom report menus and link them through a new report center element, as well as additions for personalization of schedules through a single interface.

MDS Lavastorm Analytics launched Lavastorm BillAnalyzer 7.2. The newest version of its e-billing and analytics solution features additional multi-service management to support the Unified Communications market, extended analytics and invoicing capabilities into the end-user domain, and extended multi-language capabilities for communications service providers.

Pegasystems made enhancements to its Customer Process Manager solution. New capabilities in CPM include blending of social media interactions, improved case management automation, and a new account manager portal for visibility across the enterprise.

Rackspace Hosting trumpeted the new enhancements in its RackConnect service for integration of Rackspace Cloud and dedicated hosting in a hybrid environment. Features that have been addressed include more automatic configuring of servers provisioned in the cloud, increased security, and added options for leases.

Radialpoint released the latest generation of its namesake SaaS-based platform. Enhanced functionality includes an expanded product catalog for third-party tech and services, an upgraded billing platform, more support for sales and technical support agents, support automation installed on end-users’ computers, and a revised interface.

Software AG released its latest process improvement accelerator, Prime. Prime speeds business optimization and automation projects based on industry requirements, and supports the creation of end-to-end processes based on various applications, all based on its Industry PerformanceREADY offerings.
