Q:

Can you direct me to some CRM models, approaches and comparison studies?

A:

Joe Oates’ Answer: There are several CRM models that you can find by going to Google.com and entering "crm data warehouse models." Most of these are logical models. If you are looking for a "data warehouse package" physical design, Sybase has the Industry Warehouse Studio (IWS) that is quite good. The IWS covers analytical CRM areas such as segmentation for households, people and organization, demographic and other profiling of households, people and organization, campaign management and many other areas of CRM. You can find out more information by going to http://www.sybase.com/products/bi/industrywarehousestudio.< / P>

Joe Oates is an internationally known speaker, author and consultant on data warehousing.
