SAP AG (NYSE ADR: SAP) today announced that Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: IFSIA), one of the world's leading providers of integrated flooring and facility solutions for commercial interiors, has selected the mySAP.com® e-business platform to enhance its global e-business offerings to customers. Interface will implement a broad range of mySAP.com solutions, including the industry- specific mySAP™ Mill Products solution, to help manage its American and European fabrics, carpet and tile divisions and organize its manufacturing operations while cutting costs and increasing supply chain efficiency.

Interface produces its commercial interior products at 33 global manufacturing sites and sells them in more than 110 countries. It will leverage the industry-leading mill products expertise of SAP and the broad functionality within mySAP.com to provide better visibility for its divisions worldwide, more enhanced OEM support and stronger distribution channel management. Interface will also benefit from the rules-based Global Available to Promise (ATP) Check and Variant Configurator functionality of the mySAP Mill Products solution, which will be used to support the company's sales cycle and supply chain management process.

"We selected SAP because of its e-business leadership, experience and long- term commitment to the textiles industry," said Erik Dorr, corporate manager of e-commerce at Interface. "We were especially attracted to the support SAP provides the mill products industry, with more than 100 developers specifically dedicated to our core needs."

As part of the first phase of its e-business suite implementation, Interface will leverage mySAP™ Supply Chain Management (mySAP SCM) to integrate extended supply chains that will enable intelligent e-business processes in its fabrics division in Guilford, Maine. The division will benefit from advanced manufacturing coordination of the company's customer online ordering capabilities, thus reducing the time needed to deliver products to customers.

Interface will add mySAP™ Workplace™ to create a collaborative, role-based enterprise portal that will provide its employees, customers and distributors with personalized access to information, applications and services regardless of time or physical location.
