Advanced Digital Information Corporation (ADIC) announced that at a special meeting of shareholders, a majority of shareholders approved the proposed merger of ADIC with Quantum Corporation announced on May 2, 2006. Quantum has previously announced that subject to such shareholder approval, it expects to close the transaction on Tuesday, August 22, 2006.
