Ipedo and salesforce.com announced the availability of Ipedo XIP for salesforce.com's AppExchange. Ipedo XIP is an enterprise information integration (EII) software platform that integrates information from across the enterprise into Salesforce. Ipedo can create composite views of data in Salesforce, Oracle, SAP and Siebel, giving real-time visibility into business operations. Built on the AppExchange on-demand platform, Ipedo XIP is immediately available for test drive and deployment.

Ipedo XIP allows organizations to aggregate and present information from disparate sources, including SAP, Siebel, Oracle, Web services, relational databases, and Excel spreadsheets, without writing code and without time-consuming data replication. Ipedo uses a data virtualization engine and Web services interfaces to make integration flexible and non-invasive. With Ipedo, salesforce.com customers can create a single view of the customer across multiple systems, update Salesforce records based on information in other systems, and create reports and perform analytics across Salesforce and existing CRM systems.

Ipedo XIP for AppExchange is one of more than 250 applications created by salesforce.com, its customers and partners that are now available on the salesforce.com AppExchange, the on-demand application platform. AppExchange provides customization and integration for Salesforce deployments, as well as enabling a whole new generation of on-demand applications that go beyond CRM.
