The software is funded under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act. The extension centers will use the software of Salesforce.com Inc., which the San Francisco-based vendor will remotely host. Acumen Solutions Inc., a Vienna, Va.-based government contractor, will provide implementation services.
The software will aid extension centers in managing and tracking all interactions with providers related to their selection and implementation of an EHR.
