"Continuing with our tradition of bringing you information you can use as reported by your peers and experts in the field, DM Review is pleased to announce the winners of our 2004 Readership Awards. According to you, our readers, the winning companies deserve recognition for their remarkably high levels of product and service excellence. DM Review sincerely congratulates this year's winners."

 - Brian Cronin, publisher, DM Review

Each year, DM Review partners with The Gantry Group, LLC, a Massachusetts-based strategic advisory and research firm, to conduct an independent survey of DM Review readers. This year's survey was conducted from mid-May through August 2004. Survey participants were presented with defined product categories and asked to select the vendors of products in use in their organizations. They were then asked to rate these companies using a four-point scale ranging from excellent to poor. The 2004 DM Review Readership Award winners were identified based on the ratings and number of respondents.
