Archive Systems released its Virtual File Room for the CFO. The release provides Web-based virtual filing, audit capabilities and analytics, and multi-departmental process support.
Comm100 announced the latest version of Comm100 Live Chat, its hosted live chat solution. Comm100 Live Chat 7.0 includes integration with salesforce.com, an updated operator console and one-click access to customer information.
Dell SecureWorks announced two new add-on security services. The Vulnerability Management Service for Cloud provides regularly scheduled or on-demand vulnerability scans of a customer’s cloud services and applications; the Web Application Scanning for Cloud provides the same services specifically for a user’s cloud-based Web applications. Along with the releases is the cloud availability of Dell’s, Global Threat Intelligence Service, which provides threat and vulnerability analysis, XML intelligence feeds and integration with other Dell SecureWorks services.
Kofax unveiled Kofax MarkView for Accounts Payable 8.0, its automated mobile solution for accounts payable. The update enables mobile device users to capture, view, manage and approve information from receipts and invoices.
Laserfiche unveiled the latest version of its namesake product, which unites BPM and ECM across their product line. Laserfiche 9 includes Web-based forms, process automation and increased oversight of task management and process reporting.
NICE Systems launched its Contact Center Fraud Prevention solution. The release includes non-intrusive voice biometrics technology, speech and transactional analytics, and real-time capabilities.
Oracle unveiled three updates to its product line. Oracle Transportation Management 6.3 includes enhancements to transportation sourcing, fleet management and transportation planning. Oracle Global Trade Management 6.3 includes end-to-end support of license management, advanced product classifications, a party screening workbench and Oracle Customs Management, a module for managing customs clearance screening and custom filings. Updates to Oracle Retail Category Management include expanded templates and data models, pre-configured, process automation, and embedded forecasting.
Quantix released the latest version of Quantrix Modeler, its business modeling and analytics software. Quantrix Modeler 5 includes multithreaded calculations, JDBC/ODBC connections, as well as the ability to create chart templates.
SingleHop announced the launched of SingleHop Security Accelerator, a service which automates the deployment and management of security features in both dedicated and cloud environments. Features include PCI scanning, two-factor authentications and firewall management.
