Boundary announced new analytics and application monitoring capabilities for cloud infrastructures. Oracle announced the availability of Oracle Knowledge 8.5, the latest version of its knowledge management solution that supports Web self-service, agent-assisted service and customer communities. New features include AnswerFlow, an application for guided trouble shooting and answer delivery; out-of-the-box analytics dashboards for optimized search and content creation; and natural language support for 16 languages.
