GFI Software unveiled GFI WebMonitor, its Web security solution for SMBs. Features include a security dashboard, malware protection, granular functionality on social networking sites and multi-site synchronization.
IBM unveiled Emptoris Strategic Supply Management, its on-premise or cloud solution for governance, compliance and risk management for product suppliers. This solution combines Rivermine Telecom Expense Management, Emptoris Supplier Lifecycle Management and Emptoris Spend Analysis. IBM also released IBM SmartCoud Service Delivery for Electronics, a pay-per-use platform that helps manufacturers manage electronic devices and provide related customer service.
Informatica announced the availability of its Informatica Cloud MDM, a solution for enterprises looking to improve their customer information with Saleforce.com. This SaaS application allows users to cleanse, standardize and enrich customer information, as well as eliminate duplicate and inconsistent data and integrate enterprise data.
MicroPact offered the latest addition to entellitrak, its BPM and document management solution. Available either on-premise or in the cloud, entellitrak 3.9.0 enables users to work on one system, by initiating workflow from a case management, business process management or document management perspective.
PortSys announced Secure Mobile Enterprise as part of its Total Access Control bundle. Compatible with Apple iOS, Android and soon on Windows Mobile, this new offering binds employees’ mobile devices to their user account, controls mobile device access to Citrix resources and can remotely and centrally purge data, if a mobile device has been stolen.
ProfitBricks released its IaaS data center, offering scalability from 1 CPU core to 48 cores and 1GB of RAM to 196 GB of RAM. This on-demand solution bills for only the resources an enterprise utilizes and has replication in the cloud infrastructure whatever they can do locally patch panels and switches.
Quest Software released its email migration solution, Quest OnDemand Migration for Email, enabling customer migration of emails to Microsoft Office 365. This SaaS re-mitigates data without creating duplicates, ensures the security of organizational data and supports multiple, simultaneous migrations.
Stratus Technologies released its sixth generation of Stratus ftServer Systems. With three versions tailored to system size demands, depending on an enterprise’s needs, these solutions all have fully redundant server technology, which predicts and prevents downtime, provides four times the processing power of the previous generation and is available with either internal solid-state disk drives alone or in combination with high-density disks in the same chassis.
Varonis launched Varonis Data Transport Engine, the latest addition to its data governance portfolio. This release automatically identifies data sets for migration, safely remediates excessive permissions during server consolidation and migrates data between disparate platforms.
VisataOne Solutions released vSolvencyII, a data governance tool for asset management. Powered by vReporter, the solution utilizes rule-based workflow processes to automate data preparation, manage exceptions, audit controls and fulfill the quantitative reporting templates required to produce reporting documents.
Zenprise introduced the next version of Zenprise MobileManager. Zenprise MobileManager 7.0 includes geo-fencing to track devices via GPS, secure content and collaboration capabilities for Android to Microsoft SharePoint and Office 365, as well as configurable dashboards.
