C2C announced Archive One 6.5, the latest version of their email archiving and management platform. Additions include improved data archiving and disposition, PST file management and dynamic mobile access to email data.
Compuverde launched Gateway and Object Store, its suite for big data virtualization and storage. The release touts reduced energy costs and self-healing clusters, as well as complete redundancy, by storing multiple copies in multiple physical locations.
Dell released its latest storage solution, PowerVault DM3. With scalability up to 180 hard drives and 540 terabytes of 12U of rack space, this is Dell’s densest storage array; it also features Dynamic Disk Pools (DDP), which improves storage efficiency with self-healing dynamic disk rebalancing, and the integration of VMware vStorage APIs for Array Integration, which provides hardware acceleration functionality for virtualized environments.
Dell also released an array of storage solutions, references architectures and end points validated by VMware to solidify its cloud client computing offerings. These releases include two Dell zero clients, two Dell EqualLogic hybrid storage arrays and three desktop virtualization reference architectures.
Galigeo announced the release of Geodashboard for retail, its location intelligence and BI visualization software. This latest version integrates geo-spatial and business data of all types (transactional, operational, analytical and aggregated) from small or large databases and systems of record and extends CRM and SCM capabilities with data visualization, reporting and predictive analytics.
Interactive Intelligence released their latest version of Interaction Process Automation, 4.0 SUI. This business process automation software-based solution allows business analysts the capability to build a process flow utilizing data from other apps, such as CRM packages and financial management apps.
Neustar launched Neustar Web Performance Management, which integrates their Website Monitoring and Website Load Testing software. The release provides a single platform to monitor site performance in real time and alert users of any performance-related issues; features include real0user or synthetic monitoring, as well as full-service or on-demand load testing.
NJVC announced the release of NJVC SaaS Accelerate, an infrastructure hosting and managed services offering which supports as-a-service providers. This release deploys infrastructure to support all major operating environments, meets or exceed secure hosting service regulations (including those for HIPAA, PCI DSS, FISMA and FedRamp) and offers a tiered package of marketing services, including PR, joint marketing collateral and online marketing.
Starboard Storage Systems and SEP Software made a joint release of Starboard Storage AC Series, designed to provide solid state performance for active data, while keeping data at rest stored on hard disks. The solution can utilize unstructured, virtualized and structured data and utilizes SSD acceleration tiering and is fully certified with VMware vSphere, Microsoft Hyper-V and Citrix XenServer.
