Centrifuge Systems released Visual Network Analytics 2.7, which helps assess risks for financial firms and regulators, allows users to see possible connections between networks, including those comprised of structured, unstructured, machine, streaming and cloud data. The update offers native support for Microsoft Excel and Access 2007 & 2010, as well as Splunk, Cloudera and Hadoop.

Cloudwords launched a set of solutions to address the needs of specific industries, including technology, life sciences and pharma, and marketing. All of these solutions include open API, centralized project management and collaboration through one application, with only relevant views for each team. 

Cyber-Ark Software announced the seventh version of Sensitive Information Management Suites, which supports secure file exchange environments. This version allows users to securely send emails from any browser, expanded enterprise integration for its Secure Email Manager solution with Data Loss Prevention (DLP) software and enhanced monitoring of system health for quicker recovery. 

Dell Boomi announced AtomSphere Summer 12, the latest release of their cloud integration platform which integrates applications and data in customers’ IT environment by acting as a connection between applications, be they in the cloud or on-premise. New features include crowd sourced regression testing, a SOA worker (as part of the SOA framework) and security policies management through SAML-based single sign-on.

Infosys unveiled Infosys Cloud Ecosystem Hub, which allows enterprises to create, adopt and govern cloud services. Decisions can be based on evaluation of over 20 parameters, including quality of service, technology compatibility, regulatory compliance needs and total cost of ownership of application workloads. Clients are also able to monitor cloud resource usage and optimize utilization, through consolidated metering and billing. (For an extended story on this release, click here.)

Kenesto released an updated version of the namesake system, a cloud-based business process automation system. This latest generation includes support for multiple domains in one account, background uploading of documents and process templates for commonly used business processes, without the need for programming or scripting.

MetaSource now offers its Social Media Customer Care Solution, providing their solution to social media’s lack of best practices. This product provides real-time responses to negative tweets, especially by influential people, and to information requests, as well as monitoring competitors to acquire new customers.

NICE Systems announced the release of NICE Inform, their multimedia incident information management solution. This offering allows security control centers and Public Safety Answering Points (PSAPs) to integrate text, video and voice recordings from third-party capture platforms into holistic incident timelines.

Noetix introduced Noetix Generator for Microsoft Business Intelligence, which provides capabilities for companies to roll out operational and strategic reporting, using Oracle E-Business Suite application data. Noetix Generator uses SQL Server Reporting Services Report Builder, as well as automatically creating SSAS cubes and SSRS report models.

Salesforce.com unveiled Salesforce Communities, which enables organizations to create private social communities to connect with customers and partners. Salesforce Communities combines social networking features such as profiles, real-time feeds, trending topics, recommendations and influence measurement, with the business information and processes in the Salesforce customer relationship management system. (For an extended story on this release, click here.)

STORServer released version 4.5 of its Archive Backup Client for OpenVMS, which allows users to include their OpenVMS servers in their heterogeneous IBM Tivoli Storage Manager backup solution. Features include support for a POSIX-style file system, ad hoc backup and archive requests, as well as advance Encryption Standard 256 bit encryption. 

Violin Memory announced a suite of data management capabilities for its all-flash Memory Arrays, offering enterprises a tier 1 storage solution. This suite came after collaboration with Symantec, and offers increased levels of enterprise virtualization, without sacrificing IOPS, latency, economics, data protections and reliability.
