Centerline Software Inc. unveiled the latest product in its Pivotier Report Writing suite, Pivotier Express Plus. The product includes 79 fully formed reports that work with role-tailored and classic clients in Microsoft Dynamics NAV ERP software for SMBs.

Dell launched its storage platform for SMBs. Featuring disk-based backup and deduplication and compression capabilities, Dell DR4000 reduces dependence on tape backup and enables data to stay online for longer without moving it to storage. The appliances are available in 40 TB, 81 TB or 135 TB.

[DATUM] LLC released the latest generation of its information management business strategy platform. [Information Value Management] version 2.0 includes: out-of-the-box process and content for governance and migrations; increased collaboration; an enhanced library; and deployment of a scalable plug-and-play program for EIM services.

Managed Maintenance Inc. released an update to its Web-based portal application, ONEview. The new version of the application from the SaaS and maintenance contract consulting provider includes enhancements to customer support and search functionality, customizable views and notifications, tracking of expired and pending terms on multiyear contracts.

Oracle officially released its Oracle Big Data Appliance, which consists of hardware and software enmeshed with Cloudera’s Distribution Including Apache Hadoop with Cloudera Manager and an open source distribution of R. Running on Oracle Linux and featuring Oracle NoSQL Database Community Edition and Oracle HotSpot Java Virtual Machine, the system scales data by connecting multiple racks together through an InfiniBand network for attaining, arranging and analyzing large data volumes. Throughout that, the system features Cloudera’s Hadoop distribution for commercial and non-commercial environments, and Cloudera Manager, an end-to-end management application for Apache Hadoop. Tangerine Software announced the availability of its BI solution, Nectari for Sage ERP X3. Including full integration with Sage ERP X3, the solution features real-time business analysis and reporting tools, integrated access of Microsoft Excel and other data sources, along with prebuilt Sage templates for sales, production and finances.
