Arbor Networks, Inc. unveiled the next-generation ATLAS Internet monitoring system, which has been enhanced to look beyond security-related events. ATLAS now includes real-time global Internet traffic, routing and application information. This added layer of business intelligence will better arm service providers to deliver new, secure, revenue-generating services.

BlueStripe Software launched FactFinder 2.0, the latest version of its flagship product that enables enterprises to stage, deploy and manage business-critical applications.  FactFinder 2.0 extends the reach of its intelligent application discovery and service-level driven capabilities for application support to Red Hat Enterprise Linux environments, enabling intelligence into the performance and behavior of these applications. This allows users to understand the structure and relationship of their applications to efficiently manage complex, integrated applications, identify performance issues and perform triage to resolve issues.

Cognitive Technologies announced the launch of OnTrack Schedule Assessment, providing an independent analysis and review of Microsoft Project schedules. The OnTrack Schedule Assessment is designed to analyze, validate and improve the effectiveness of a critical schedule, identifying resource constraints and other problems that can often derail an IT project.

IBM unveiled new database software to help companies make decisions and maximize sales opportunities while reducing expenses. With new Informix database software, global companies, can both warehouse their data and conduct online transactions with a simplified software platform. The combination of the two capabilities in one offering can help deliver new results and insights to grow businesses and lower costs by making it easier to use existing Informix infrastructure to help clients work as much as 50 percent more efficiently.

PivotLink announced the general availability of PivotLink 4.2, a solution for analyzing and reporting business data. PivotLink’s latest offering includes new security features, dashboard technologies and rich graphics to increase business awareness when interpreting complex and detailed data.
