Boise Selects Brio Software to Improve Business Performance
Boise Office Solutions has purchased Brio Intelligence from Brio Software, Inc. to improve customer service and operational efficiencies for employees throughout the United States.

In particular, Boise Office Solutions will use Brio Intelligence for its sales and marketing analysis and reporting including product sales by region, vertical industry and customer. Brio Intelligence is scheduled to be up and running across the company later this year.
Beringer Portal: A Collaboration of Information Builders and Plumtree Corporation
Information Builders and Plumtree Corporation, successfully created Beringer Portal, a centralized Web information platform, in order to increased Beringer Blass Wine Estate’s ability to gather comprehensive sales data and run sophisticated inventory forecasting.
Beringer Portal also known as BWEnet was a configuration of Information Builders' integrated WebFOCUS business intelligence and Plumtree’s corporate portals. The BWEnet furthers productivity at Beringer Blass Wine Estate in accommodating sales reporting by providing employees with comprehensive sales data and reporting templates. Second, it reduces the volume of phone inquires by allowing the employees to file trouble tickets with the help desk. Next, it enables employees to closely monitor the status of all winemaking operations. Finally, the bulletin board permits internal teams, such as IT and engineering, to share documents and post updates, messages and company and industry news.
This solution allowed Beringer to improve information access and communication between employees across the enterprise. Both the accuracy of the inventory forecasting and the speed of delivering product to market has been increased. From a profit perspective, Beringer has realized enhanced revenues and return on investment.
InfoNXX Reduces Overall Operational Costs and Increases Efficiency with dfPower Studio from DataFlux
InfoNXX, a leading provider of enhanced wireless and wireless information services. These services provide solutions to carriers for listing clean up and management, subscriber privacy guarantees, a single access number for all listings and a billing clearinghouse function. InfoNXX manages databases containing more than 200 million individual records and handles well over 200 million listings requests a year. Up-to-date and accurate information is a never-ending process that requires the company to add, delete and integrate hundreds of thousands of records on a daily basis. These records come from a variety of multiple sources and require the need to identify and eliminate duplicate records across the various databases in order to decrease the cost of operation and eliminate potential confusion for the CSRs who interface with callers.
Utilizing DataFlux’s dfPower Studio software suite, InfoNXX was able to eliminate more than 12 million duplicate records from their database of more than 200 million listings. This enabled the CSR to reduce both search times and call processing times, which are measures of customer responsiveness. By implementing DataFlux, a systemic process now exits to ensure data quality on an ongoing basis. "DataFlux dfPower Studio has substantially reduced the time and effort required to go through the process of identifying and removing duplicate records from our databases," said Hank Weiland, development director of InfoNXX.
Paymap Rolls Out Sanchez Processing Platform
Paymap Inc., a subsidiary of First Data Corp. and a provider of innovative electronic payment solutions, has completed its rollout of the Sanchez processing platform from Sanchez Computer Associates Inc.,a leader in developing scalable and integrated software and services solutions for financial institutions. Sanchez is also supplying Paymap with computer operations services and technology support through its outsourcing unit, Sanchez Data Systems Inc.

Paymap customers will benefit from this new technology with faster transactions and more integrated reporting between Paymap and its lending partners and the Automated Clearing House (ACH) network of the Federal Reserve Banking System.
