Company Description and Logo

  • 50-word company description—including the company address, contact, phone, email and website address—to be listed in the conference materials provided onsite on the Print-on-Demand station.
  • Company logo in EPS (or high-resolution jpeg) format to use for the event signage and conference sponsor materials provided onsite on the Print-on-Demand station.

NOTE: if you would like us to use materials already submitted for a recent SourceMedia conference or event, please advise and the conference operations manager will pull from the digital files, if available.

11/20/2009 Registration – Staff & Customer Passes

Please go to the Register Your Team link below to sign up your full-conference staff passes.

Please note that any members of your company participating as speakers on the agenda are automatically registered for all functions and sessions of the event. This is in addition to any staff passes you receive as part of your contracted allotment.

Please try to have staff names registered for the event by Friday, November 20 in order for those individuals to appear on the pre-show attendee list.

NOTE: You will receive a separate link via email in order to submit your VIP customer / prospect names to be registered for the event. Please contact Sandy Carvalho, Marketing Manager, at 212-803-6595 for any questions about registering your customer passes.

The exhibit hall area for the conference will be located on the 2nd floor of the Hilton New York Hotel, in the Gramercy Suite, section B

All table exhibitors will be provided with:

  • 1 6’x30” draped display table
  • 2 chairs
  • 1 wastebasket
  • Basic electrical power
  • Complimentary wireless internet access

For any orders placed with the hotel, you will just need to reference your assigned exhibit table number.

Exhibitor Staff Registration

To register your staff attending the conference, complete the online Staff Registration Form below. Please refer to your sponsorship agreement for the number of complimentary staff passes allotted to your company. Each staff registration that exceeds the comp allotment will be charged the $500 exhibitor/sponsor upgrade rate.

Register your team by Friday, November 20, 2009.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are entering in the registration information you will have to create a new login for each staff member. When they ask you to log in DO NOT enter in your information if you are not going, enter in the information of the staff member who will be attending the conference. Unfortunately the system won't allow multiple registrations so you will have to log on again to enter another staff member.

Hotel Accommodations

SourceMedia has secured a block of rooms at a special discount rate of $299. Be sure to mention that you are a SourceMedia event participant. Rooms will be available on a first come first serve basis. Please make your reservations by November 10, 2009. Click Here for more information.
