Mark - great article. It was also great to see you stop by at SiSense's booth. As you know, SiSense was named the top analytics solution at Dreamforce by CRN Mag and is now on Information Management Top Company to Watch.

Salesforce.com is an amazing platform focused on transactional data and the social experience around that data (cloud is just the enabler).

When it comes to analytics, there are 2 key areas Salesforce.com customers tell us they need: 1) historical snap-shots 2) Mashups e.g. combining Salesforce data and other data sources such as Google/Zendesk or more traditional sources like Excel or SQL.
