My colleague Fatemeh Khatibloo and I have just completed an exhaustive study of the big data phenomenon. This is really BI Maturity and a trough of Big Data disenchantment - with the 3C's providing some insightful direction and assessment parameters (nice!).

Analytics culture and the ability to change course, decisions, aka "start doing something" or "stop doing something" based on firm analytic guardrails or directional. repeatable predictive and prescriptive analytics is a big cultural change that threatens many executives - and executives should remain skeptical because "C"competancy, as it is applied currently, is subjective.
