I've worked through most of _PCI_ and have learned a great deal from it as well. I've also enjoyed many of O'Reilly's other Data Science titles, such as _Beautiful Data_, _Mining the Social Web_, and _Data Analysis with Open Source Tools_. Keep the reviews coming!

I do not know the meaning of "ESL" in the last sentence of the penultimate paragraph:

"These chapters would serve as a nice foundation for taking on the ESL bible."

What is "ESL" in this context?
