I think the list of skills is already quite comprehensive.

To complement the business and strategy side, I would add something around "capability and eagerness to understand the business processes and business strategy and identify and quantify where BI can add most value".

As a border line thought - but maybe most will say this is not in the scope of BI - we will see an increasing trend towards commercializing data / making money by selling information. Whoever manages that needs to have an undertanding of "business models to sell information".
