I recently received an email from a colleague following the post of my article on business experiments. Tongue firmly in cheek, he exasperatingly asked how long I can continue to milk the use of randomized business experiments in my blog. Enough already, he implored, write on something else! A bit more seriously, he then asked if it were the experimental way or the highway for me.

Very information dense, but an interesting read. I would encourage using a few simple examples of the concepts employed to facilitate deeper understanding. Of course, it is a blog, not a classroom. Thanks for the efforts, I always enjoy reading both you and Jim E.'s blogs. Typically even a few days in arrears, the information you provide is useful and insightful and is not time-bound.
