Norman Marks is the vice presdience of the GRC Solutions Group for SAP BusinessObjects, was the leader of internal audit and risk management functions at major U.S. and global corporations for more than 15 years, prior to joining SAP’s GRC solutions team. He has been active in the IT security and audit area for even longer; Marks was the developer of PwC’s initial methodology for the audit of IT general controls and worked for several years in IT management where he was responsible for network security, contingency planning and lifecycle methodologies. He is on the editorial board of four periodicals and has a governance blog on Internal Auditor Online.
